On non-profit boards, he serves as a trustee on the Committee for Trustees at the College Foundation Board of the University of Virginia and is an advisory board member for Andover Bread-Loaf.

Prior to joining WayPoint in 2014, Philip was an Associate at DW Healthcare Partners and an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting LLP. Philip currently serves on the board of Liberty Demolition, AMX, B&P Littleford, Synergy Medical Solutions, Greenshades, and Inception Fertility and was previously a board member of DME Express and onehome and a board observer of Harper Love and PS Logistics. Philip also serves as an independent director of Sage Health.
